Tori’s customer service was above and beyond! She assisted both myself and my father simultaneously with the upmost patience and kindness! She explained everything we needed to know as many times as we needed so that my father would understand completely. You just don’t see that anymore these days. We moved by her willingness to help with a smile of her face!

I have used this DMV office many times due to the fact that they are so efficient and quick. Even if by chance there are people waiting in line it doesn’t take them very long to get done. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they have a waiting area outside that you can sit while you are waiting. Fantastic all the way around. Gotta tag or registration that needs doing then this is the place.

Service was stellar- 5 stars for a government office! Staff was friendly and very helpful with questions. At the Tag Agency the wait was very smooth - remember to take a number ticket. Located inside the office. Then sitting in comfortable chairs in waiting area in the hall. The building has easy access parking and location is easy to find. The building is well kept and mapped out well inside. Many signs to guide you.

Me and my husband have been coming here for 4 years. Every time we have been here, the staff is so helpful, cheerful, and nice and they do their jobs quickly and efficiently. The wait times are usually very short, I think the longest time we were in there total was about 30-45 minutes, but that was because the title transfer was having issues, which wasn't their fault. Today, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. We got checked in, Husband went to the bathroom, and he got called up in less than a minute after he had gone into the bathroom. At the window, the very nice dirty blond lady, I didn't catch her name unfortunately, got our trailer tag switched from the old, totaled one, to the shiny and new trailer we just bought in less than 5 minutes. Love this place and won't go to another!

I was in 11/8 & wanted to get my brother a tag they told me what I needed to do I came back a week later and the teller right off the bat tells me I’m handing her a copied form! She went to her manager and her manager agreed it was a copy till had to PROVE that it was a copy. She set the mood WRONG right from the beginning. This is why people dread coming to the tag agency. JR Knoll could care less and these are the people we are putting into office!
